About Nancy

Nancy founded Laurent Lighting and Design in 2018 to fulfill a need in Fairfield County for high quality, uniquely designed lighting for the discerning homeowner. She scouts distinctive lighting from up-and-coming talent and bespoke artisans, offering many exclusive products and custom solutions for every style home and lifestyle. With over three decades of experience in project management and the design industry, Nancy is a member of the American Lighting Association and an Industry Partner of the American Society of Interior Design. Nancy excels at sharing her knowledge with customers on lighting projects of all sizes.

From assistance with selecting one lighting fixture to designing the complete lighting plan for residential and commercial products, the Laurent Lighting team is at your service! Our focus is on product quality, customer service, and sharing our knowledge with our customers to find the perfect lighting solutions for their unique style and lifestyle. In addition to working one on one with homeowners, we also work with architects, designers, developers, and builders on both residential and commercial projects to bring their client’s vision to life.

Laurent Lighting and Design carries over sixty lighting brands, with many lines made here in the USA as well as international. We carry all categories of lighting from dramatic, show-stopping chandeliers to wall sconces and kitchen pendant lighting – and everything in between! Our inventory of every lighting category including recessed lighting, flush mount fixtures, LED lighting, fans, lamps and exterior lighting will ensure the right product for your project. We also carry smart home systems for conveniently controlling lighting throughout the home right from an app on your phone.

With an extensive lighting showroom in Ridgefield, Connecticut, and a new showroom in Darien, Connecticut , we offer customers the ability to see products up close and really get a sense of how they will look in their own home. Our digital kiosks in the showrooms also allow customers to explore thousands of products that we carry.
