Web Order Return Policy

Laurent Lighting’s main goal is customer service and customer satisfaction. The return policy for your new item if you are not satisfied is 10 days from delivery date.

  1. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Items that are not eligible for return will be notified at time of purchase.
  2. Inspection of the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. Trucking and courier drivers are not authorized to inspect merchandise.
  3. To process a web order return, please call customer service at 475-400-4700 or email us at [email protected]. Returns will be assigned an Return Authorization. The RA is required for all returns to be processed.
  4. Returns will not be accepted beyond the 10 day time period.
  5. Return items are required to be in the new condition they were revived and have not been installed.
  6. Returns may be completed at the showroom. The original receipt is required for processing the refund.
  7. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item unless delivered item is damaged or incorrect item.
  8. - Damaged Merchandise is fully refundable including shipping costs. Damaged items must be reported to Laurent Lighting within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Sales tax will be charged at 6.35% on all merchandise shipped in the state of Connecticut. In store pickups are required to pay Connecticut state sales tax.
  2. Laurent Lighting offer free shipping on all small to medium sized orders (UPS, FedEx) that exceed $300.00. Express shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Merchandise that require freight carriers will be an additional cost to the buyer.
  3. Delivery address for merchandise cannot be changed after order is processed. The item can be delivered to the showroom for customer pickup.
  4. Deliveries are usually 7 to 10 days from time of order. Items may be on back order, Laurent Lighting will contact you with delivery date.
